We all set goals and proudly flaunt them among our family, friends, team and business acquaintances. The enthusiasm and excitement is very high during the process. We paint a rosy picture in front of all of us. Which if realized, seems like a dream come true. We get carried away with the outcomes that we have imagined in our head, until we are faced with reality.
